Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every UK order.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after 1pm are processed from the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 6 to 8 working days. Occasionally, events outside our control such as weather or carrier delays can add a little time.

Tracking your order

When your parcel is dispatched, we'll email you the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow your order on our Track your order page. Please note that tracking updates are not always live and can take a day or two to appear.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your address, email support@ashburykitchen.com as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived

First, check your spam folder for our dispatch email and follow the tracking link. If your order still hasn't arrived after 20 working days, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
