Yes. Titanium is one of the safest materials you can use in a kitchen. It's non-reactive, it doesn't leach into food, and it's trusted in medicine and aerospace because of its purity and stability. No coatings, no toxins.

Coated non-stick pans rely on a chemical layer that wears away with heat, metal utensils and time, and most need replacing within a few years. Ashbury pans have no coating at all. The cooking surface is solid titanium, so there's nothing to scratch off and nothing to end up in your food.

It has excellent natural food release once you get the heat right. Warm the pan over a medium heat, add a little oil, then add your food. A light coat of oil now and then will improve release even further.

Not at all. Titanium is roughly 40% lighter than steel and far lighter than cast iron, so even our larger pans are comfortable to lift one-handed.

Unlike wood, plastic or coated pans, titanium doesn't wear out. Looked after properly, your Ashbury pieces will serve you for decades. It's a one-off investment rather than something you replace every few years.

Yes, and it starts with the design. The most sustainable product is one you never have to replace. Titanium is fully recyclable, and we focus on quality over quantity to move away from throwaway kitchenware.

Our pans work on gas, electric and ceramic hobs, and in the oven. Induction compatibility depends on the base of each piece, so check the product page before you buy.

Wash with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. There's no need for special cleaners or hard scrubbing. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as plunging a hot pan into cold water. A natural patina may develop over time; this is completely normal and actually improves performance.

Yes. All of our pure titanium products are dishwasher safe and highly resistant to heat, water and cleaning products. They won't absorb odours, grease or stains.

Yes. With no coating to damage, metal utensils are perfectly fine. You may see light surface marks over time, but they won't affect how the pan cooks.

Titanium is harder than wood or plastic, so a very fine edge may need honing a little more often. In return you get a board that never scars, stains or holds on to bacteria.

Delivery is free on every UK order.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (orders placed after 1pm are processed from the next working day). Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6 to 8 working days.

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page. Tracking updates aren't always live, so allow a day or two for them to appear.

First, check your spam folder for our dispatch email and follow the tracking link. If your order still hasn't arrived after 20 working days, email support@ashburykitchen.com and we'll investigate with the courier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Email support@ashburykitchen.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.

You can cancel directly from your order confirmation email within 1 hour of ordering. After that, email support@ashburykitchen.com and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

If you've changed your mind, return postage is paid by you. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return.

Email support@ashburykitchen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return and send you the address and instructions. Please don't send anything back until you've heard from us.

Email support@ashburykitchen.com with photos or a short video of the problem. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Faults should be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return has reached us and been inspected, we'll email to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Yes. Payments are processed through a fully encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
