Refund policy

Please read our returns policy carefully. If you need any help, contact us at support@ashburykitchen.com. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Cancelling an order

We start preparing orders as soon as they're placed. You can cancel directly from your order confirmation email within 1 hour of ordering. After that, email us and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Changed your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please email us first so we can confirm your return and send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and there are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the same 30-day window and conditions apply. Email us and we'll guide you through it.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos or a short video of the problem. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Faulty items

If an item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. For faulty items we cover the cost of return postage.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 30 days. We'll arrange the return at no cost to you and send the correct item or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we'll email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared yet, check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank, as there is often a short processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received it, email us at support@ashburykitchen.com.
